Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At RADIANT HORIZONS SDN BHD, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality T-shirts that meet your expectations. However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy to support you.


1. Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags must still be attached and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email us at radiant.horizons@outlook.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Optional: Photos, if relevant

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of item condition.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.


3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes happen or plans change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

To cancel an order, please email us immediately at radiant.horizons@outlook.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

Orders that have already been packed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) received

We will assess the case and offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or design, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
