We currently only offer shipping services within Malaysia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Whether you’re in Peninsular Malaysia or East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), our delivery network ensures your order gets to you reliably.


2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees—what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
The estimated delivery time is within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.

Please note that:

  • Remote or outskirt locations may require additional delivery time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active after receiving the email.


5. Delivery Methods

We use reputable third-party courier partners to deliver your items safely and on time. Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout, so please ensure all contact and delivery details are accurate.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or failed contact attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may attempt to deliver your order multiple times. If they are unable to complete the delivery after several attempts, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.
